The Ukrainian jazz singers Laura & Kristina Marti will present a joint program with the European jazz trumpeter Hans Peter Salentin. Laura & Kristina Marti met Hans Peter Salentin in 2015 during summer master classes in Poland. The idea was born to create a joint project of the authors' jazz music, which in May Laura & Kristina Marti and Hans Peter Salentin will present in Lviv, Kiev and Odessa. The project will feature compositions written by Hans Peter Salentin, Laura & Kristina Marti, as well as pianist Nataliya Lebedeva. In the future we are planning to record an album.

Hans Peter Salentin is a famous German trumpeter who has a bright unique sound and works in different jazz styles. He writes music for films, for string quartets and other projects. He has recorded more than 20 albums. Besides working as a producer (Lounge Music), he has made over 12 releases. Hans Peter Salentin has played with such stars as James Carter, Chick Corea, Bob Mintzer, Simon Phillips, Brandford Marsalis, Jeff Hamilton, John Scofield and many others. Hans Peter Salentin has been teaching at the University of Würzburg (Germany) for more than 20 years; he is a professor of jazz trumpet, combo and big band.
